1. Higher firmer pillow.
2.. Sleep on the side or chest.
3.. No Smoking,no drinking.
4.. Take a short walk before you sleep.
5.. Lose weight (if you have a BMI > 25)
6.Exercise twice a week at least.
7.have regular sleep schedule.
8.train your muscle tone from inside.
